Quoin Rock Wine Estate welcomes each visitor to an remarkable experience, whether you are indulging in a glass of wine on the terrace, embarking on a picnic or visiting the Gåte restaurant. The name "Quoin Rock" found its inspiration from the Agulhas area, the most southern tip of Africa, where Quoin Point is the second most southerly point. The Quoin Rock Winery in Stellenbosch honours some of the early trading ships that sunk while trying to navigate the southern tip of Africa, by naming some of the wine after known wrecks off Quoin Point, while utilizing the Agulhas property for conservation.
